Doris Labs
Sales agent Act

Ask anything. Including what won it last time.

Ask anything about the pipeline. Doris answers from the deal record: every call, email, document and CRM field. When a deal you have already closed hit the same objection, it brings back what the rep said and whether the buyer accepted it.

Try the ontology
A question in Doris chat asking whether a stalled deal has been won before. The answer opens “Yes. Three times.”, then a table lists each won deal, the concern it shared, what moved it and how many days it took to close. Below the table, the exact line the winning rep used, with a numbered citation.

Questions nobody has time to answer.

Why it exists 03
01

The answer is in six places

Which deals are slipping, and why? The evidence is in recordings, threads, documents and fields. A rep could assemble it in an hour, for one deal. Nobody does it across forty.

02

A general chatbot has never seen your pipeline

Ask one about a deal and it writes something plausible. Doris answers from your record, puts the number in the sentence, and links the deal it came from.

03

The company already knows the answer

Somebody has met this objection and closed the deal anyway. That sits in a recording nobody will watch again, so the next rep works it out from scratch. The lesson belongs to the company, not to whoever happened to be on the call.

What it does.

Features Sales agent
Working

It shows the queries it ran

Before the answer, the approach it is taking and each ontology query it runs to get there. Afterwards, how long it spent thinking. You can open the reasoning.

Counted

Days, not adjectives

Fifty-five days since the buyer last made contact, with fourteen left until the close date. A hundred and twenty-seven days in a stage your other deals clear in forty. The claim carries its number.

Won before

What the rep who won it said

Doris matches this deal’s open concerns against deals your company has already closed. Where one matches, you get the won deal, the concern they shared, the rep’s exact words and whether the buyer accepted them.

Scored

Your framework, by dimension

It reads the MEDDPICC and SPICED scores it has already produced and names the dimensions that are red: metrics, champion, economic buyer, decision process.

Absence

What is missing counts too

No next meeting booked. One known stakeholder. No buyer activity since December. Absence is the signal that fields are worst at holding, and it is often the reason.

Linked

Every deal it names is a link

Deal names in the answer link to the record, so checking a claim is one click rather than a search.

FAQ04

ChatGPT has never seen your pipeline, and it has never seen the deal you won last year with the same objection on it. Doris reads the deal record, puts the number in the sentence, links the deal behind it, and quotes the rep who got past it. Connect Doris over MCP and ChatGPT answers from that record too.

Answers come from the record and carry their numbers and links. Where there is nothing to draw on, it says there is no evidence rather than filling the gap.

A question about one deal comes back in seconds. A question across the whole pipeline takes longer, because it is running several queries and reading the evidence behind each one. It tells you how long it thought.

It can update the CRM through the same write path as everything else, which whitelists the fields an agent may touch. It drafts emails but does not send them: anything that could reach a buyer is refused unless a person started it.
