Everyone talks to customers and everyone shapes the roadmap. There is no layer between hearing a problem and deciding what to do about it.
Together, most of the week
Hybrid, three days a week in the office, going to four when we move into the new space. We solve the hard problems faster at a whiteboard than in a thread.
One thing, done properly
A typed record of every deal a company has ever run takes years to build properly. We would rather keep going deeper on that one thing than start a second.
