Some of the most useful work in an early company has no department. This role is that work.
What you would work on
It changes. In a given fortnight it might be talking to customers about what they actually do after a call, digging into how a competitor positions itself, helping onboard a new account, writing something we publish, or designing the first version of a process the company has grown into.
You would sit close to the founders and see how decisions actually get made, which is hard to learn any other way.
What we are looking for
You are organised enough to be trusted with something end to end, and curious enough to go and find out rather than wait to be told. You write well. You are comfortable being the person who asks the obvious question out loud.
No particular background. What matters most is whether you have taken something from nothing to finished, in any context at all.
How to apply
Tell us about a time you ran something yourself. What it was, what went wrong, and what you would do differently. Short is fine.
